Yes, you read that correctly – shipping is covered by us, no matter where you are in the world! There are no hidden fees or minimum order amounts. This is our way of thanking you for choosing modsupermarket.
Who will you ship my order to?
Proper ships worldwide via EUB and USPS. If we anticipate delays during periods of high demand, we will update our production and delivery schedules.
We also offer express shipping for an additional fee.
Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?
Sometimes it takes some time for information to update. Once your order is accepted by the shipping company, all parcels must undergo strict quality control and disinfection before shipping to ensure customer safety, which may cause a slight delay in delivery.
If your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance, the information will not be updated until it arrives at the next shipping point.
Occasionally, the shipping company may not update your package information in a timely manner. We will do our best to update this information for you, or please contact us if you need assistance.
Can I receive delivery status updates?
The estimated delivery date includes processing time and shipping time. You will receive email notifications from us regarding the status of your order. Please monitor your email for 48 hours after placing your order. If you haven’t received an email, please check your cart first. If you confirm you haven’t received it, please contact us by email:
